This launch is the culmination of a of a very thorough and detail-oriented development process that has the same values as high-performance engineering: precision, reliability, and keen attention to detail.
Our journey to create these mirror caps began with a full 3D scanning of the factory AMG CLE 53, capturing every contour, angle, and subtle design nuance. Using this data allowed us to extract the factory specifications with exacting detail to ensure a perfect OEM-grade fit and finish.
This process reflects our philosophy that aftermarket products should not merely replicate factory components - they should enhance them, both visually and technically. We crafted mirror caps that don’t simply cover the existing components but fully replace them. Engineered through advanced reverse engineering and CAD modeling, these caps integrate flawlessly with the CLE’s athletic form, providing a durable, lightweight upgrade that enhances both performance and style.
Real Dry Carbon Fiber: More Than Just a Visual Upgrade
Most aftermarket carbon fiber components on the market are produced using the traditional wet layup process, which often leads to uneven resin application and added weight. In contrast, We chose to use real dry carbon fiber, a premium manufacturing method where pre-impregnated fibers are carefully cured under controlled high-temperature vacuum and high-pressure conditions using an autoclave. This technique not only delivers a more refined and consistent aesthetic with a crisp, uniform weave but also results in a significantly lighter and stronger component - true performance without compromise.
This construction method ensures each mirror cap is not only lightweight but also extremely durable, aligning with AMG’s performance DNA.
